Lifting loads on a shovel, using the back instead of the legs, has been part of shoveling since shovels were used in Egypt and ancient China. NicGrip is not in the business of manufacturing or distributing tools. We are hoping to find a strategic partner who wants to license the patents. Different partners will probably have interests in different tools. We will accommodate the needs of those with who we are in partnership.
